Meet Pastor Norell Taylor
Pastor Taylor "MCC Vision"
Pastor H. Norell Taylor III is the founder and former Lead Pastor of New Living Bible Church in Indianapolis, Indiana where he served for 12 years. Pastor Norell has been called to start a new multiethnic and multicultural church plant, Mosaic Community Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a servant leader, Pastor Norell is passionate about equipping and empowering the next generation of leaders in discovering, developing, and deploying their God-given gifts and living out their purpose.​

In 1991, he joined the U.S. Army and served for nine years as a Fire Support Sergeant in the 38th Artillery Division where he received an honorable discharge in 2000. On December 27, 1997, while attending Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, God called Pastor Norell to preach the gospel at the age of twenty-four. Shortly after, Pastor Taylor began attending Summons Bible College. He later enrolled at Crossroads Bible College located in Indianapolis, IN, where he received a B.S. in Pastoral Studies and Biblical Counseling in 2008. In 2018, Pastor Norell graduated from Grace College in Winona Lake, IN., where he received an honorable Master of Business Administration. In addition, he received Biblical counseling training through the National Association of Nouthetic Counseling (NANC) located in Layette, IN., and completed the Master level expository preaching training at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL.

Pastor Taylor is the father of five wonderful children (Cordaryl, Christopher, H. Norell IV, Gabbi and Elisha Norell) and four beautiful grandchildren (Logan, Easton, Gio Norell and Lotus). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his Cane Corso, Diamond and riding his 2023 Road Glide Harley Davidson.
